As many of my products are handmade, personalised or made to order, all sales are final. Refunds, reuturns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind. Please ensure all order details, personalisation, colours and designs are correct before placong your order.
If your items arrives damaged or faulty you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order, please provide your order details along with clear photograpghs of the item and its pakaging. I will review the issue and work with you to resolve it fairly and as quickly as possible.
