Hi, I’m Elisha — the face, hands and heart behind Glitter&Gore. I’m a proud mum of four with a huge love for crafting, creating and turning ideas into something special.

My journey started during a really difficult chapter in my life. At the time, I needed something positive to focus on — something that could keep my mind busy, give me a little escape from everything going on around me and allow me to have something that was just for me.

 

That’s when I began crafting.

What started as a simple little hobby soon became my happy place. The more I created, experimented and taught myself new things, the more I fell in love with it. I never started crafting with the intention of creating a business, and I certainly never imagined that something which began as an escape during one of the hardest times in my life would eventually grow into something I could be so proud of.

Little by little, my hobby became a passion, my confidence grew, and eventually that little creative escape became Glitter&Gore. 🩷🖤

​

Glitter&Gore is a reflection of everything I love and all the different sides of my personality. It’s where pretty meets spooky, cute meets creepy and glitter meets gore. 🎀💀✨ Think pink, sparkle, bling, girly and luxury-inspired designs mixed with spooky, alternative, horror and darker styles. I love that I don’t have to choose between the two — here, they belong together.

One of my favourite parts of what I do is being able to take somebody’s idea and turn it into something completely unique to them. Whether you love everything pink and sparkly, dark and spooky, over-the-top and blingy, or a mixture of it all, I absolutely love bringing your ideas to life.

​

Behind every creation is just me, putting my time, creativity, love and care into making something that I hope you’ll love just as much as I loved creating it. Every order still gives me that little feeling of excitement because someone has chosen me and trusted me to create something special for them — and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.

​

Glitter&Gore means so much more to me than simply having a small business. It represents how something positive can grow from a really difficult time. What once started as a way for me to switch off, keep myself busy and have a little escape has turned into a dream I never thought would be possible.
